MoBA -- the Hawaii Men of Big Aloha Process -
The MoBA concept is that MoS is really about aloha - giving generously in spirit, welcoming with food and care, healing and supporting without judgement. And MoBA has some big differences from Mainland MoS. MoBA is a learning, teaching, growing experience - not just cooking and dishes. MoBA is about cooking and looking.
- MoBA is for a big crew - split into two Circles - 11 or 13 men
- There is a Shaman role
- CIRCLES: MoBA men sit a series of Circles around the topics of Men at Work and Men at Sevice
- The entire MoBA weekend is a process - including an ongoing game.
- MoBA also supports the Staff with healing touch, spiritual support, laughter and healing herbs
- MoBA also supports Local organic health oriented options
- Education: MoBA teaches men management, cooking and sanitation
