Nutraceuticals Bar and Smoothie bar

The MoBA Nutraceuticals Bar supports the staff men by providing healing herbs, spices and vitamins, in the form of hot and cold beverages. Hopefully this can also help stop the spread of colds and influenza. Be sure to bring a reference book, an Herbal as it's impossible to remember all the interactions, indications and contraindications with herbal medicine.

Inform the Staff of the bar and how to use it.

Layout
I like to keep hot water running all the time, with a supply of packages teas -such as the Yogi Brand. Boiled ginger chunks was a big hit in Hawaii. I also like to keep hot miso, or vegan yeast broth available on cool night. A Garlic Press can squeeze raw fresh garlic into broth. Stir sticks are provided for sanitation reasons.

Smoothie Bar
The smoothie bar was active in the morning, offered in place of a heavy breakfast and an excellent way for men to take nutraceuticals in...especially Flax- which is a seedy wonderland of benefits and tucked into the oakmeal also. I make sugar-free smoothies using cumin, cucumber, cilantro and all kinds of other stuff.
