BRIGADE Position	Description	Requirements
1 Circleman, Shaman	- helps run the Circles and processes, assists Steve set Circle Schedule, etc	Knowledge of Processes and Rounds, Wiling to Lead
2 -Chef ---	budgets, recipes, costs, manages personnel, time , food orders -makes list for M Guard	kitchen, budget, management experience
3-Sous chef, Roundsman	Assists in cooking	cooking skills
4 Sanitation	maintains sanitation, makes sure towels are clean and bleached, sprays everything with chlorox	ocd - science minded/ troubleshooter
5 Documentor	tracks and photographs borrowed equip, load-in and load-out, documents the men, thanks donors, "accountant"	A digital camera, video or phone, multi-tasking, notes, On-Site Thur Fri and Sun -- responsibility
6 -Manger Guard/ Purchaser Inventory	#2 job- "Food Guard"  handles purchasing inventory, maintains coolers, storage sanitation, prepares cold dishes and leftovers	responsible, logical, diligent, restaurant experience is good
7-Opener, Beverages	-- Morning/Beverage coffee service, smoothies, start-up procedures and requests	are u up already? Make coffee
8-Closer	- Late Evening -snack service	Noctural by Nature
9-Equipment/	Rounds up all the Equip, reports to Chef, fixes and installs, runs lighting, etc	tools, fixes things, electrical
10-Garcon /Frontsman	Makes sure the dining area is up top standard, refills condiments, makes sure trash and recycling are set up, cleans and moves chairs,	OCD with social skills
11-Recycling	maintains and watches recycling, composting, re-use, looks for ways to save	watchful, likes systems to work, eco-minded
